As a family we attempted to make Christmas cookies. I soon learned that I need to alter the recipe because of the altitude. The cookies came out deformed. I still don't have a good sugar cookie cut out recipe for High Altitude. Below is a picture of what our cookies looked like before they went into the oven. I love my TX cookie cutter.

ReplyDeleteBarton Creek Mall @ the Texas Store. The one on the lower level by JC Penney. It was $1.99. I really like it. Now I need to find a good longhorn cookie cutter.
